These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ek778 platform. By registering or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ek778 ("we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your access to and use of ek778.vip and all services, games, promotions, and features made available through the platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and keep your account information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and linked mobile number. ek778 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
ek778 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on any account at any time, including requests for government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to pass enhanced verification within the timeframe specified by ek778 may be suspended pending the outcome of the review.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
ek778 supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for both deposits and withdrawals for Bangladesh-based players. All account balances are denominated and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the ek778 platform.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account is held by someone other than the registered player — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. ek778 may require you to verify your identity and confirm ownership of your registered payment method before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are typically within the same business day for verified Bangladesh accounts using bKash or Nagad.
- ek778 does not charge transaction fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallets. However, the third-party payment provider may charge its own fees in accordance with its terms of service, for which ek778 accepts no liability.
- The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the ek778 cashier at the time of the transaction. These amounts may be updated from time to time without prior notice, subject to the payment provider's applicable limits.
- ek778 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a violation of these Terms, or where enhanced due-diligence checks are outstanding. In such cases, ek778 will notify the player and provide an opportunity to resolve the matter.
All financial transactions are conducted in BDT. ek778 does not hold player funds in foreign currencies, and there are no currency conversion charges at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process for Bangladesh-based players.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
ek778 offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional rewards are subject to the specific terms applicable to that promotion, including wagering requirements (rollover conditions), minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific bonus terms before claiming any offer.
- The welcome bonus at ek778 is available to new players who make a qualifying first deposit within the promotional period. The bonus match percentage and maximum bonus amount are specified on the active promotion page within the platform.
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. - Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. The use of automated systems, betting strategies designed solely to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ek778 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
- Registering more than one account, or creating an account on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawal amounts.
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or other mechanism to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game or feature in a manner not intended for ordinary human players is prohibited.
- Colluding with other players or with any third party to fix the outcome of a game, manipulate game statistics, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including but not limited to depositing funds derived from illegal activity, deliberately losing funds to a connected account, or structuring deposits to avoid detection, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, or place of residence in order to gain access to the ek778 platform or any promotional offer is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ek778 platform, including but not limited to the ek778 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ek778 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any element of the ek778 platform without the prior written consent of ek778.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ek778 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, even if ek778 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ek778's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ek778 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific game titles. ek778 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as practicable following any interruption and will not be liable for any losses incurred by players during periods of unavailability.
Amendments and Governing Law
ek778 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ek778 will endeavour to notify registered players by means of a notice posted within the platform or sent to the player's registered mobile number. Your continued use of the ek778 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ek778 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits ek778's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
